“Frank Sinatra’s Hoboken” Bus Tour with Lenny Luizzi
August 1, 2019 @ 12:00 am
For a truly Hoboken experience, join us on Sunday, August 25, 1 – 4 pm, for “Frank Sinatra’s Hoboken” bus tour. Led by Lenny Luizzi, a virtual Hoboken historical archive, the tour will bring to life the Hoboken of the 1920s and 30s that shaped one of the world’s most iconic and distinctive performers, Ol’ Blue Eyes.
The bus will depart from the Hoboken Museum, 1301 Hudson St., and end the tour at Sinatra Park at Ol’ Blue Eyes Cafe, with its stunning views of “New York, New York.” Along the way, the tour will visit Sinatra’s birthplace on Monroe Street and the “uptown” buildings his family later moved to; St. Francis, the church where he was baptized, Demarest High School and the Union Club, where he is known to have performed, and some of his other favorite haunts around the Mile Square City.
Seating is limited. Tickets are $25 for members, $30 for nonmembers (plus ticket-handling fee).
Advance reservations required. Click on button below, or call 201-656-2240, for reservations.
