The theme of this year’s conference is “Learning From the Past, Facing the Future” as the University celebrates “50 years of Women at Stevens.” The 2021 Conference will kick off with a keynote speaker on Friday, Sept. 17, followed by a networking reception. All workshops will take place on Saturday, Sept. 18.
Join fellow leaders, change-makers and life-long learners at this inspiring conference open to all! Conference programs and workshops will align with one or more of the following thematic areas:
- Trust the Science: research-based workshops on gender equity, inclusion or related topics
- Foundational Leadership: skills-based workshops on leadership, inclusion and identity development
- Lessons in Life and Work: highlighting voices of alumni and seasoned professionals
- The New Normal: assessing the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and its future implications
In order to welcome all to join the conference, while still addressing the health and safety needs of the campus community during the ongoing pandemic, Stevens is inviting the public to join virtually via Zoom and livestream. Stevens students, faculty, staff and alumni are welcome to attend in-person or choose a virtual option.
Whether attending online or in-person, participants will experience engaging, high-impact sessions, and learn from a variety of faculty, staff, students, and alumni who will share their wisdom and research-based insights to support leadership growth at any level.
