Senator Bernard Kenny served as a state senator from 1993 – 2008, and majority leader of the senate from 2002 – 2008. He represented the 250,000 residents of New Jersey’s 33rd Legislative District, which includes Hoboken, Union City, Weehawken, and portions of Jersey City. Senator Kenny also served as Hoboken’s Assistant Corporation Counsel from 1984 to 1985 and was an Assistant Prosecutor in Hudson County from 1976 to 1979. He is a veteran, and served in the Navy from 1968 – 1971.
