On Tuesday, August 1, 2023 the Thomas Edison Film Festival and the Hoboken Historical Museum are launching our first on-demand, animation marathon. Animation in August celebrates the unique approaches to storytelling and moving-image art being explored by a group of award-winning animators featured in the TEFF’s 2023 tour.

The program will be streaming on-demand starting on Tuesday August 1, 2023 through the end of August 2023. The program will be available on-demand for FREE to the public on the TEFF website: www.tefilmfestival.org > 2023 Season > 2023 Curations >Animation in August. 

Animation in August features an international selection of 16 films from Amsterdam, Netherlands; Taiwan, Republic of China; A Coruña, Spain; Cardiff, Wales; London, UK; and across the US from NY to California.
