Barbara Reyes is a dedicated community organizer and public servant. Her journey in service began when she got involved with the Tenant Association for the Hoboken Housing Authority. She now serves as the Community Programs Manager at HOPES. Barbara is also a trailblazer by serving as the first Latina Chairperson of the Hoboken Housing Authority.
