Clear plastic (Luxylite? not so marked), 4" wide x 2-1/8" high; single pencil hole at center of circle; graduations are in black on back; maker's mark is on 'front' and reversed (stamped marking is V 1236 -4 | Keuffel & Esser Co) The markings do not include the company logo; possibly for the school market. Dating of this item is tentative. Keuffel & Esser Co. main office and factories were in Hoboken in the period when this item was made up to December 1968.
