Shaped natural wood (darkened), 7-3/8"" long x 1-1/4" wide x 5/16" thick (with pad); pad of 12 sheets of emery paper 4" x 1-1/4" wide; hanging hole. Imprinted in black with product name and number and company name. Lightly used. Obviously not a mechanical pencil sharpener. A typical item used in drafting work. K&E had their main office and factories in Hoboken when this item was made. Dating of this item is only approximate and may be earlier or later.
