A typical example of this annual publication issued by K&E for circa 80 years. A field reference work, it does include instructional information for use of selected types of instruments. Alidades and plane table (plane-table) surveying are covered in this edition. Promotional advertisements for related K & E products are found near the end including slide rules, drawing instruments, tapes and band chains, papers and field books.
While the cover and title page state New York, K&E had their offices and factory in Hoboken at this time which is listed on the title page.
