Certificate no. 951. Penciled at the left: Paid $3000 - July 1929. Signed by Charles H. Focht, President; treasurer's signature to the left is not legible. Blind corporate seal on medallion at bottom center. Since Hirsch apparently paid $3000 for 10 shares at a par value of $100 per share, the bank received a premium for the shares sold. The certificate also noted the capital stock was $800,000. The engraved vignette of the bank building at First St. and Willow Avenue (313-315 First Street) is of a building that still stands with some changes. Bank was founded in 1905 and failed in the Great Depression.
