Numbered and dated in image: C1084-11, 1/16/28; also number at lower right: 640. The view is looking east at the northern end of the site from Washington St. Newark Street is at the left. The rear of buildings on Hudson Street can be seen with the white building at the right being the Terminal Building.
The north face of the Hotel Victor at the northeast corner of Hudson Place (Ferry St.) and Hudson Street can be seen: there is a painted sign for the Lyric Theatre.
