Carey, City Clerk and C.V. Clickener, Mayor. Printed sheet ca. 8-1/4" long x 5-1/8" high, irregularly trimmed. The reverse has the holographic ink notation at the top left edge: James Miller | Paid. There are also several numbers in pencil below. Just right of center is an ink signature: J.W. Van Baekerck, Chief Engineer. (It was previously framed ca. 1940-50: frame was removed; label is imaged.
