Regarding an investigation of the government appropriation of the piers, management by the War Department and U.S. Shipping Board, revenues and current conditions of the Hoboken piers. Reprints three 1925 newspaper editorials: Sept 17th: Newark Evening News 19th: Newark Star-Eagle," 24th: Hudson Dispatch." Followed by: Justice James F. Minturn's April 7, 1925 instructions to a Grand Jury investigating the Hoboken piers follows the editorials.
