Proclamation for the Destruction of Dogs. City of Hoboken, 1934. Signed by Mayor Bernard McFeely and City Clerk Arthur C. Malone.
Giving notice that from June 1st to October 1st, 1934, any dogs found running in the City would be taken to the pound or killed except those that may be muzzled.
