-three-line white cuff trim; two plastic anchor buttons on each
-collar with three white trim lines and stars at each corner
2: two pairs of trousers, blue wool; made by Naval Clothing Factory.
3. pair of trousers, black garbadine; no maker's label
All trousers have navy anchor buttons.
4. flat top dress hat (also called flat top cap, "Donald Duck" cap, cover)
blue wool with U.S. Navy black ribbon tally.
