Pamphlet 8-1/2" wide x 11" high, 16 pp. including fold-out, photo illustrated. Plain, unprinted wrapper.
Includes a line-drawing on page 2 of the proposed Fabian Theatre for the southeast corner of Newark & Washington Sts., Hoboken, on which this company was about to start construction. It was to seat 3500 people. F.W. Wentworth was the architect. (He was also the architect of the landmarked and now restored Stanley Theatre in Jersey City of which there is an illustration on page 2.) The exterior was completed by ca. April 1928. The theatre opened to the public ca. Nov. 1928.
