A project briefly proposed as a development alternative to the plan proposed by the Hoboken Brownstone Company, then owners of the Site. The site would have been taken over by Stevens Institute of Technology and developed in association with City of Hoboken and Board of Education for a technology magnet high school using some of the "Abbott" Funds from the State of N.J. and other facilities for use by the college.
