Three different proposals for a stadium for the New Jersey Devils National Hockey League team to be built above and within the New Jersey Transit Hoboken Terminal, 1997-1999. Includes other development of the terminal. (Project was proposed, but never realized.) With cover letter.
Document 1. Cover memorandum of March 18, 1999 to John J. McMullen from Thomas Beckenbauch, AIA, Ellerbe Becket, Kansas City, Missouri about Hoboken Stadium noting enclosure of the "three Hoboken Station brochures as you've requested." (McMullen was then the owner of the hockey team and an obviously interested party.) Single leaf, 8-1/2" x 11".
Document 2. Conceptual Design Proposal for the New Jersey Devils Sports and Entertainment Complex. Sink Combs Dethlefs, A Professional Corporation for Architecture. July 7, 1997. Spiral wire binding, 8-1/2" x 11" high. Unpaginated, 45 leaves including 3 fold-out drawings 11" x 17" wide. All pages are color photocopies with numerous photographs, drawings and plans. (Location of the firm is not given. Back cover has a printed date of May 14, 1997.)

Spiral wire binding, 8-1/2" x 11" wide. 18 pp. including cover. All pages are color photocopies with several photographs, artist's renderings and plans.
Document 4. Hoboken Station at the South Waterfront. Future Home of the New Jersey Devils. Report on Hoboken Station, March, 1999. (Not stated, but apparently prepared by Ellerbe Becket as the design drawings are copyright 1999 by that firm.) Spiral wire binding, 8-1/2" x 11" high. pp. [iii], 35 including several photographs, drawings and illustrations.
Page [iii] is a March 1999 letter to "Friends and Fans" and signed in facsimile, John J. McMullen, Chairman [New Jersey Devils]. He was submitting this report for consideration and describing its major benefits to the region including that it would be privately financed.
