Scale: 1 inch = 60 feet.
Although there is no compass point, the (river) bulkhead line named at the top of the drawing would orient it as the top being generally the eastern direction. Note the railroad tracks.
This drawing would appear to be an early layout for what was built as the Maxwell House Coffee plant that opened in 1939 and plans for its future expansion.
