Hearings were held in two sessions, 1 PM and 7 PM, at Hoboken High School Auditiorium, 9th and Clinton Sts. Text at top of artwork: Oil spills to foul our river. Fumes and odors for already polluted ae. Huge trucks for our streets, our neighborhoods. The possibiliity of disastrous fire. Ask yourself. Does Hoboken need an oil tank farm?
