Holographic ink (fountain pen or similar) note on image "Willow Ave." A streetcar is seen in this winter time view. At the left of center is 207 Willow Avenue with a sign for Adolph Schmidt, Drugs & Medicine. Another sign has the text (each in differing letter styles) "Pharmacia Italiana" & "Deutsche Apotheke." Since odd numbers are on the east side of the street, this view would appear to be south - southeast.
