The 200 block of Washington Street with the Olympic Theatre at the right, 234 Washington St. (according to Jim Hans, it was established ca. 1908 - 1909; note it was promoting 'Talking Pictures'). Along that same side is Geismar's at 226-228 and beyond that is the new Geismar-Meyer Company building (220-224) under construction (note clerestory windows on first floor are not all installed; it opened on April 7, 1908.)
