The tenth anniversary of this house organ featured Hoboken.
A long article is devoted to a history of Hoboken with mostly contemporary photos of Hoboken activities by current employees; includes background on the company's coming to Hoboken. Photos of interior views of Our Lady of Grace and St. Matthew Church, Elks Lodge, Lions Club meeting, Girl Scouts troop no. 4 at Waldheim Stevens Forum, Recreation Center, YMCA, Castlepoint Bowling Academy and some inside the Lipton Tea factory. Exterior views include a woman boarding a "jitney" bus at 14th and Washington Streets, two woman having lunch in Elysian Park, Lipton Softball team at Veteran's Field (10th and Jefferson Sts.), men outside the Clam Broth House, an aerial view of the Lipton Tea building and a wide aerial photo with Hoboken, Hudson River and the west side of Manhattan.
