Certificates, two, of sale for 11 Grand St. (old number system) to Mayor and City Council, October 25, 1880 for assessment of unpaid water rents. Certificates dated August 27, 1883; redeemed September 3, 1883.
Water rents on both are for period of May to November 1879 and for different amounts; assessed on owner Peter Kerrigan. Essentially a lien on the property.
