F. Lancia, Jeweler and Watchmaker is at no. 74. The Circulation Department of the Jersey Observer newspaper is at 80 Washington. The Hoboken Bank for Savings is at 82-84 at the southwest corner of Washington and Newark Streets. The front of City Hall is only partially seen.
