The report, essentially an audit, covers the City's fiscal year for 1946 and does not include budgets or financial records of the Board of Education or the Pension Fund. The year 1946 was the last full year of the administration of Mayor Bernard N. McFeely; pg [ii] has a roster of officials in office for the audit year.
The accountants had offices in New York City and Newark.
