Printed brochure, 15" high x 11-5/8" wide, 6 pages plus cover with several fold outs; pocket inside back cover with 11 8-1/2" x 11" high printed sheets: site plan, features and amenities, floor plans and price list. Sales person's business card in slot. A project of Toll Brothers City Living, a division of Toll Brothers, Inc. Building is on Frank Sinatra Drive North (called North Sinatra Road on their site map) covering the block between Eleventh and Twelfth Streets to Maxwell Lane (a new street planned, but not yet built that will run from Eleventh Street to Shipyard Lane.)
