Christopher Morley and Cleon Throckmorton were the producers of musical revivals at the Rialto and Lyric Theatres in Hoboken. The map was drawn by William August Hutaf. Map is also commonly known as "Mr. Hutaf's Bird's-eye View of Hoboken."
