The buildings at 1500 Washington and 1500 Hudson Streets were the former Lipton Tea / Standard Brands building. This brochure with the title "Hudson Tea" includes the address (on the back) of a sales office at 93 Washington Street which closed circa early 2007. The brochure with pocket was produced 2006 ("copyright 2006") with inserts having dates on them from "1/06" to "3/08" with the price list as "April 27, 2008."
