Presumably they are documentation of emissions from the factory. Sequence in which they were taken is not apparent. Arbitrarily assigned as images 1 and 2. Photo was probably taken by a member of the Hoboken Environment Committee (founded 1970) and is part of series of eleven images from January-February 1971 which are photo catalogue 2006.042.0100 to .0106.
