Hoboken was apparently part of this new league as the Vice-President was William J. Wyse, Principal of Hoboken High School and Daniel Kealey, Superintendent of Schools was an Honorary Official as listed in the Officers on page [4] of copy 1. The meet consisted of twenty events.
