Armistice Day was usually November 11th (it became a legal national holiday in 1938; the name was changed to Veterans Day by federal statute in 1953.) The date of this parade does not appear in the newsreel. It is as recorded in the description of the DVD on the website of the distributor.

Scene 1: Stationary elevated shot from a roof or upper window of the Fabian Theatre looking north to the corner of First and Washington Streets. A decorated City Hall with reviewing stand is at the left.
Scene 2: Panning shot of an American Legion color guard on Washington Street (appears to be the 800 or 900 block) looking northeast.
Scene 3: Stationary shot of a band marching south on Washington Street, ca. 800 or 900 block. View is north - northwest.
Scene 4: Traveling shot from atop a truck looking north up Washington Street at a large marching unit of veterans in civilian dress.
Scene 5: Street level shot looking north up Washington of the same unit from the middle of the street as the marchers pass by the camera.
Scene 6: Similiar shot as scene 4 showing marchers near the end of that unit.
Scene 7: Shot of parade bystanders featuring two children holding flags in the foreground.
Scene 8: Shot from atop a truck of parade units on Washington Street in front of City Hall as they make turn east onto Newark Street. The Fabian Theatre is out of view at the right.
Scene 9: Shot looking south on Washington Street from atop a truck traveling in parade looking down on a unit led by a color guard. Most are wearing hats or helmets.
Scene 10: Shot looking north - northwest at the City Hall reviewing stand as a military marching unit passes by.
Scene 11: Shot from same unit and camera elevation as scene 9. Here they are in front of the review stand at City Hall which is out of view to the right. They are approaching Newark St. The Fabian Theatre was at the southeast corner of Newark and Washington Sts. The synchronized lighting on the marquee and large vertical sign can be seen flashing.
