Certificate No. 1068. Text in Dutch, untranslated. The railroad was taken over by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey in 1962 and renamed the Port Authority Trans-Hudson Railroad (PATH). The Dutch had a long history of investment with the Hudson & Manhattan Railroad.
