Photograph was commissioned by the client, the construction company: HBE Hospital Building & Equipment Company, St. Louis, MO. View is east with the new hospital buildings seen between Third and Fourth Streets from Willow Avenue to Clinton Street. Both the new north and south buildings of the hospital are seen completed; the old hospital building, if it was still standing, would be behind the new north wing that is on the southeast corner of Clinton and Fourth Streets. This view covers an an area from near First Street to Sixth Street and Adams Street to the Hudson River. Seen at the bottom left is the K&E "Clock Tower" building. The Stevens campus is at the left edge.
