Printed cardstock (lightweight pressboard) with single grommeted hole at bottom. 6-1/8" wide x 9-3/16" high. Item was typically found in a pressboard file box for document storage. The hole was for a rod to pass through. Hoboken City Clerk's office used a number of these items.
