Paperweight commemorating the 1997 inauguration (second term) of Mayor Anthony Russo on July 1. The front is titled "City Hall, Hoboken, New Jersey." It is relief cast in the shape of City Hall's front elevation. The reverse is flat with engraved lettering about the event and the names of 3 Council-at-Large members, James Fitzsimmons, Steve Hudock and Nellie Moyeno.
