Records: Orders from the Office of the Overseer of the Poor (Hoboken) for the interment of deceased Hoboken residents, various dates, July 1884. Printed form with holographic entries, 3-3/4" high x 6-1/2" wide; group of four adhered with adhesive at upper left corner.
All were sent to John F. O'Hara, Undertaker (a Hoboken funeral director) and each one was signed by Overseer of the Poor, Andrew Miller. Committee on Alms. Note street addresses are in the old numbering system.
