Photo came from Florence Miller papers. Her mother Mary Miller Markey was a Red Cross volunteer in Hoboken. Markey appears to be the fourth person standing from the left (a tall man is standing behind her); identification is from other photos of her in the collection. The other 14 women and the four men have not been identified; all appear to be in uniforms.
The building and room where they are working has not been identified.
