The print size and style (rounded corners), sky conditions, print tone, etc. would indicate that this photo was taken at the same time as photo catalog 2008.062.0103, 7 images of the Bethlehem Steel Shipyard. Those images appear to have been taken from a Maxwell House plant rooftop. Photo 02: view from similar location looking northwest at rooftops and buildings. At the bottom is the west side of Hudson Street in the 1200 block. Near the right is a smokestack for the boiler room of the Elysian Apartments (Flats); the back is seen of that apartment group which covers the full block on the east side of Washington between Twelfth and Thirteenth Streets. At the upper right is a tall building with white facing. It is the U.S. Testing Co. on Park Avenue north of Fourteenth Street.
