Coconut Glamour Desserts. Issued by Consumer Service Department, Franklin Baker Division, General Foods, Hoboken, N.J., copyright 1949. Booklet, 5-1/8" x 6-7/8" high, 24 pp. including covers. Color cover and illustrations. A recipe book for Baker's Coconut. Two copies, both second edition, one is marked 2nd printing and the other 3rd printing. They appear the same in all superficial aspects. Baker's Coconut was made in two types: Premium Shred and Southern Style. The Shred was in a box and the Southern Style was canned. Package images seen on page [3]. Cross promotion for other General Foods products listed in ingredients such as Swans Down Cake Flour, Calumet Baking Powder, Post Toasties and several types of Baker's Chocolate. These products are not depicted.
