(See archives 2012.001.0050 for a 1945 version of this type of pass or transportation ticket.) Walters was identified as a Bargeman in the Marine Dept. Family (Walters, wife and dependent children, Karen (11) and Mark (6)) could use this ticket for travel as a group. It was issued at the the request of an "FHC" in a Newark office; issue date as above and good until July 5, 1954. Signed by C. Topfer of the Marine Department and Walters. It has "Cancelled" written in ink over the return coupon.
