Notes: COMMUNITY Y.M.C.A SERVING YOUTH IN '56 $35,000 NEEDED TO COMPLETE TASK OF REHABILITATION $17,000 FOR ANNUAL OPERATING NEEDS $35,000 On the Y's twenty-fifth anniversary it started a rehabilitation project to help erase the wear and tear of a quarter century of intense use by the youth of the communities of North Hudson and Hoboken. It was estimated that $35,000 would be needed. A modest sum to spend on an institution of this size after twenty- five years of operation. To date $18,000 has been collected, leaving $17,000 still needed to complete the work of rehabilitation. To this, of course, we have to add our annual operating needs of $18,000. The Community Y, therefore, needs badly the total sum of $35,000 to operate its program for 1956 and to complete essential repairs to its building and equipment. One of the major tools combating juvenile delinquency in the communities of WEEHAWKEN UNION CITY NORTH BERGEN WEST NEW YORK GUTTENBERG SECAUCUS HOBOKEN is the Community Y. M. C.
