A view looking west of the east facade of the firehouse with a ladder truck drawn by a three horse team. Posed on it is the driver and a rear man with the other company members lined up next to it. Note the elevated structure for street car (trolley) lines above Ferry Street. Date is approximate and it can be noted that Hoboken began to motorized apparatus in 1908.
This fire station, address is 501 Observer Highway, was built in 1892; on the National Register of Historic Places.
