Built in 1890 by the Hoboken Land & Improvement Company and used as their business headquarters for fifty-five years. Also business home to the Hoboken Ferry Co. The building sits at the foot of Newark St. Building is on the National Register of Historic Places. Two views of the north (Newark St.) + west facades (River Street) Hoboken Land Building looking southeast down Newark Street; note at the left background the end of the ferry portion of Hoboken Terminal; Baker Waterfront Plaza building is in the right background.
