Seven men are seen; a coach in suit is at the center. He is surrounded by five crew members posed in club rowing uniforms bearing an "A" with the coxswain wearing a sweater seated on the floor in front of him. All crew are wearing medals received. Identifications in image at bottom: :

View of a number of men seated or standing at a long table on an outdoor patio, no place, possibly Hoboken. It is a social occasion with food and drink seen. On the left side of the table near the far end is one man (boy?) wearing a shirt with an "A" indicating he was a member of the Active Boat Club.
