The listing section for each denomination usually starts with the address of the regional or national headquarters of that particuliar denomination. This is followed by an entry for each church which includes its full name and address along with a clergy or laity and their local address and phone number. Table of contents (pages [3-6]) lists church denominations alphabetically followed by Volunteers of America and unaffiliated churches. Following the table of contents is a table (page [7]) with abbreviations and telephone exchanges. The listings follow it. Three indexes start on page 62: church name, place, clergy and laity.
