The interior pages are a recipe chart for using Davis Baking Powder to make seven types of baked goods: Waffles; Pecan, Ham or Bacon Waffles; Wheat Griddle Cakes; Corn Griddle Cakes; Popovers; Cheese Popovers; Cream Puffs.

Back cover has a full page advertisement for another product made by Davis - Swel Fudge or Frosting. The can is depicted along with an image of cake with chocolate frosting made with the product. (A different ad for Swel appears on No. 2.)
An earlier depiction of Swel (ca. 1945-1950) showed cans marked either Frosting or Fudge, but not both as seen here.
