Printed card stock, 2-7/16" high x 4" wide. Multiple conductors' punches. Inkstamp month and year date on each; reverse has dated purchase validation inkstamp. Ballpoint ink entries of name and address on each by user: Paul B. Wood. ---- The tickets were accompanied by an April schedule, archives 2012.001.0128. ---- Tickets 1 to 3 were purchased in Rutherford; ticket 4 was purchased in Hoboken and was an out-of-date form, but obviously considered as still useable. 1: January 1966; Form RC; reverse has a Jan. 1965 validation stamp and states "Erie R.R. Co." which indicates that this station did not use updated stamps (see name changes and dates below.) 2: February 1966; Form RC; correct year on validation stamp but still Erie R.R. Co. 3: March 1966; Form RC. 4: April 1966: Form CRM-HB. This ticket is old stock apparently available to the station agents at the Hoboken ticket windows as it one from 1960 or earlier stating Erie Railroad Company at the top. Erie Railroad was used up to the October 1960 when it merged with the Delaware, Lackawanna & Western Railroad to become the Erie-Lackawanna Railroad Co. This name was used from October 1960 to circa April 1968 when it was re-named the Erie Lackawanna Railway Co.
