Sepia-tone group photograph of the Miller family, no place, no date, ca. 1890. Holographic ink names of the six people are on the reverse of the mount, although only two can be identified for certain. The location is possibly the backyard of 716 Bloomfield St., Hoboken. Original print is 4" x 5" wide with 6.5 x 5.5 window sleeve mount. Reverse of the print is blank. 4" x 5" glass plate negative on file.
1.The woman standing is Mrs. Annette Henry, grandmother of Florence and Madeline Miller.
2. Seated is Mr. J. Miller, James Miller, the girls' grandfather.
3. Mrs. M. Booth is Margaret Booth, sister of James Miller, and is probably the woman seated at the left.
4. Mrs. M. H. Miller, seated between Margeret Booth and James Miller, is Mary Henry Miller, daughter of Annette Henry, daughter-in-law of James Miller, mother of Florence and Madeline Miller.
5. Mrs. J. Henry is another sister-in-law.
6. May Rivlon's association is unknown.
Which women is which among the last two cannot be determined at this time.
