PDF on file. Essentially an annual report and study of the company including financial information. The company was organized into two major businesses: one was for electricity generation as well as distribution of gas and electric service (known as P.S.E. & G. today); two, street rail transportation of streetcar (or trolley) systems along with short haul railroads for freight and passenger buses. The publication covers its statewide operations, so Hoboken has only few text references, but on page 21 is an aerial photograph (Fairchild Aerial Surveys) looking northeast. An uncommon view of the city. Captioned: Hoboken. Population 68,166 (1920 census) Hoboken, on the west bank of the Hudson River directly opposite the lower section of New York City, has over a mile of excellent water front and enjoys exceptional industrial port facilities. The ship repair works of Tietjen & Lang [cataloger's note: actually the the Tietjen & Lang Plant of Todd Shipyards Corp.] and of the W. & A. Fletcher Company are among the large manufactories to be seen in this picture. Besides this aerial view, there are a number of other cities seen in aerial shots and street views. Pages [40-41] has a useful chart showing the companies under its control.
