PDF on file. The frontis printed in blue, red and gold: Employees Serving Their Country. It has a small gold star with 10 in the center which commemorated men who had died in the line of duty so far during World War Two. A large blue star with 1519 below it indicates the total number of railroad employees who were currently serving in the armed forces.
